My biggest concern is not in what I am not being told about Boston. My greater concern is that I have already been told too much and I have to wonder why…
The usual sources are sounding the alarms…
Glenn Beck is giving The White House until Monday to admit that it is part of a cover up for the Saudi national who is headed home. Does he have proof of his claims? Time will tell.

Alex Jones is working out his theory that this was a false flag attack. Can Jones prove it? I’m not sure it matters. No matter what discrepancies he is able to show, 90% of the American people are not ready to believe that their government could be up to such a thing. The only people who support conspiracy theorists, tend to be other conspiracy theorists.

All of the information is interesting and worthy of discussion but I want to take a step back today. It is not always the “unseen” that we need to be concerned about. Sometimes the facts that have been released are the real reason for alarm.
When is the last time you remember our government making serious mistakes and not trying to cover them up?
Think about that seriously. Benghazi is a perfect example. I think most Americans who follow the story know, in their hearts, that they will probably never know the whole truth. Facts have been leaked slowly and people have had to fight to secure information, which is still very limited. This is normal in America. Getting this government to openly admit mistakes is like pulling teeth from a tiger. You can’t simply hit Obama and company with a tranquilizer dart. Marlon Perkins wouldn’t know what to do either.
I am not saying it doesn’t happen, but it certainly does not happen often and rarely this quickly. Since when has any branch of the federal government been quick to raise their hand and say “my bad?”
It is with my darkest cynical mind that I have to ask some questions today that no one seems to be asking.
Let’s just look at what we already know about the brothers who are suspects in the bombing:
- They are being portrayed as militant Muslim jihadists.
- The older brother, Tamerlan, was named after a great Islamic warrior.
- Their mother, though she insists that her children were innocent, has a criminal record as a shoplifter.
- They come from a known breeding ground for Islamic extremists.
- The older brother has domestic violence charges on his record, yet the system failed to deport him.
- Both had very questionable “social networking” profiles and activity and surprisingly enough, their profiles were left up for all to see. As of the last time I checked these accounts had still not been disabled.
- The FBI was warned about the older brother and interviewed him but concluded that he was no threat.
This list could go on but anyone following this story already knows how the Tsarnaev brothers have been portrayed by the media. Whether they are guilty or not is beside the point. They are already guilty in a court of public opinion.
I think that is the big story here. The fact that public knows so much already isn’t necessarily a case of great journalism, because even a hack blogger like myself could stumble upon this information by accident, it’s simply a case of a lot of clues being conveniently left for us to find. There is a plethora of information out there that makes it look like this could have been avoided if the authorities had done their jobs, and that may be the real story here.
Whether the information we are receiving is 100% true or if it is manufactured as some sort of set up or false flag front is not my point today. I want to look at the obvious.
First let me point out that the press is already asking the tough questions of the FBI and it will only grow worse. Business Insider published an article Friday titled The FBI Needs To Explain Why It Failed To Monitor Boston Bombing Suspect Despite A Clear Warning. Below is an excerpt from that article:
“The foreign government told the FBI that Tsarnaev had become ‘a follower of radical Islam and a strong believer and that he had changed drastically … as he prepared to leave the United States for travel to the country’s region to join unspecified underground groups.’
In response to this warning, the FBI says it checked databases and interviewed Tsarnaev and other family members in the summer of 2011 but found no evidence of ‘terrorism activity.’
Then the FBI says it ‘requested more information’ about Tsarnaev from the foreign government but never received it.
Less than two years later, Tsarnaev is suspected of masterminding a successful terrorist attack on the city of Boston that killed three people and injured nearly 200.
So the FBI has some questions to answer.
Namely:
- Given the explicit warning, why didn’t the FBI continue to monitor Tsarnaev?
- Why didn’t the FBI follow up with the foreign government when it didn’t get the additional information it requested?
- How common is a warning from a foreign government about a specific person like this? Does the FBI get thousands of them?
- What made the FBI effectively clear Tsarnaev — and what might the FBI change  to avoid making this mistake again?
- Will the FBI conduct a full investigation into what happened?”
The article is in response to the Official FBI Press Release from Friday. The following is an excerpt of the two key paragraphs that Business Insider quoted in their article:
“Once the FBI learned the identities of the two brothers today, the FBI reviewed its records and determined that in early 2011, a foreign government asked the FBI for information about Tamerlan Tsarnaev. The request stated that it was based on information that he was a follower of radical Islam and a strong believer, and that he had changed drastically since 2010 as he prepared to leave the United States for travel to the country’s region to join unspecified underground groups.
In response to this 2011 request, the FBI checked U.S. government databases and other information to look for such things as derogatory telephone communications, possible use of online sites associated with the promotion of radical activity, associations with other persons of interest, travel history and plans, and education history. The FBI also interviewed Tamerlan Tsarnaev and family members. The FBI did not find any terrorism activity, domestic or foreign, and those results were provided to the foreign government in the summer of 2011. The FBI requested but did not receive more specific or additional information from the foreign government.”
Does this Press Release seem a bit odd to you? Seriously. I am asking you to look at it through the tinted lenses of a skeptic. Why would they be so open to admit their failure? Have we suddenly witnessed the birth of a new system of government in this country? Are government organizations now going to freely admit fault? I can’t answer these questions but I can ask them, and it brings me to the question that I really want to ask.
Is the Federal Bureau of Investigation deliberately being made out to take the fall on this? And if so, why?
I want you to hit rewind on everything we have learned over the last 12 months concerning the activity of The Department of Homeland Security (DHS). For those who are not aware, both the FBI and CIA are still not under the DHS umbrella (though 22 other government agencies are).
We have watched DHS arm itself with “assault” weapons, enough ammunition to kill each American citizen 5 times over (including “hollow point” ammo) and light armored mine resistant vehicles. Americans have rightfully been asking questions and receiving no answers.
Many people are of the belief that DHS is turning into a new “Secret Police.” I am just rehashing things that have been talked about in depth by a multitude of sources. This belief is growing more common every day.
So what benefit would there be in deliberately discrediting the FBI?
Ding…ding…ding… Do you hear the bells?
If the FBI is made to look inept then it opens the door for DHS to come in and save the day.
Is our government truly that corrupt?
I pray to God that they are not.
Was this a false flag as Jones theorizes? I don’t know.
Is there a cover up involving the Saudi man as believed by Beck? I’m not sure.
What I do know is that those conspiracies may pale in comparison to the question I am asking today. They are stuck in the “how” and I am more concerned with the “why.” To me it is more important to understand why our government does the things it does.
What if our government really is so corrupt that it would put the FBI on the chopping block in order to bring in a new and improved model of DHS?
Let’s not forget that the DHS sprang out of the tragic events of 9-11-01. Ask yourself one more simple question and I think you will understand where my theories are coming from.
Where has DHS been in all of this? We have heard very little from them and very little has been written about them. I realize that the investigation is the responsibility of the FBI at this point, but let’s not forget why DHS was founded. This is a simple statement from the DHS.gov website:
“Protecting the American people from terrorist threats is the reason the Department of Homeland Security was created, and remains our highest priority.”
You would think that they would be under the microscope just as much as the FBI but that does not seem to be happening and it seems very contrived.
I would not be at all surprised if there is soon talk of putting the FBI under the DHS umbrella…or…if there is simply talk to increase funding for DHS to cover for the ineptitude of the FBI.
All I know is that the FBI is being made to look incredibly stupid and I have to wonder why. Government agencies do not willingly follow this path in America. There has to be a reason.
Let us not forget that Robert Mueller became Director of the FBI just 7 days before the tragedy of 9-11-2001 and he has been there for the duration. If he is complicit in this then it would speak volumes for how pervasive this plot may be. Mueller has seen the rise of DHS and the lessening of the role of his own organization. He has seen the truth of the “War on Terror,” no matter what that truth may be.
Is everything we are seeing, truthful or not, just another blatant push to strengthen the DHS? This is exactly how our government works. Whether these are false flags or simply bad people doing bad things does not matter as much as how the government reacts. If the government tells the American people that the FBI screwed up and we need to increase funding for the DHS then 90% of the people will listen. The government knows how to take advantage of a situation to get what it wants.
That, my friends, is how they do it in Washington D.C.
Everything has a reason. There is hidden meaning behind every word of the sloppiest press release. It’s all about political spins and you have to wonder why the FBI is being made the “patsy” in this. This is our government and you can not trust them.
All of this is purely hypothetical but when you start getting admissions of guilt or negligence from our government that might be the biggest cause for real alarm. What might they be up to?
Opinions? Am I crazy? Comment below.
