“For this f***ing lunatic? I’m going to shoot him in the penis with a shotgun here in a second.”
As we previously reported–
Boyd picks up his belongings and appears ready to walk down toward officers. An officer fires a flash-bang device, which disorients Boyd.
Boyd appears to pull out knives in both hands as an officer with a dog approaches him. He makes a threatening motion toward the officer, then starts to turn around away from police.
That’s when shots ring out, and Boyd hits the ground. Blood can be seen on the rocks behind him.
Of Course the Albuquerque police said officers were justified in murdering this man because he had made “threatening moves” from 30 feet away.
We also recently reported on a shockingly candid statement from the Albuquerque Police Chief, where he asserted it would be extremely difficult to comply with DOJ recommendations after their finding of excessive force being used regularly within the department.
“I believe there are people on the force who shouldn’t be on the force,” and admitted that they may be stuck with those dangerous officers; thanks to police unions making discipline for past actions extremely difficult.
Since 2009, the Albuquerque Police Department has been involved in 47 shootings, 32 of which were fatal. He told the paper that these numbers reflect a “systemic failure in our ability to track employee misconduct.”
Well folks, here you have a perfect example of one of those officers.
In an absolutely shocking piece from KOB4, they revealed that 2 hours before the seemingly premeditated murder of James Boyd, Officer Sandy was caught on a fellow officers dash cam announcing his plans to shoot Boyd in the penis with a shotgun.
Sandy: What do they have you guys doing here?
Ware: I don’t know. The guy asked for state police.
Sandy: Who asked?
Ware: I don’t know.
Sandy: For this f***ing lunatic? I’m going to shoot him in the penis with a shotgun here in a second.
Ware: You got uh less-lethal?
Sandy: I got…
Ware: The Taser shotgun?
Ware: Oh, I thought you guys got rid of those?
Sandy: ROP’s got one…here’s what we’re thinking, because I don’t know what’s going on, nobody has briefed me…
This is the full video of Officer Keith Sandy speaking to NMSP Chris Ware via Charlie Grapski. The conversation begins shortly after 14:50.
Sandy is currently on paid vacation– I mean, administrative leave… yet is still allowed to carry his badge and his gun.
When asked by Internal Affairs about the comment, transcripts show Sandy claimed he made the comment “Jokingly, just kind of locker room banter, just told him, you know, ‘Don’t worry. I’ll shoot him in the pecker with this and call it good.’” Yet just minutes later he recanted, KOB also reported.
“Of course it’s not a joke because he went forward and actually shot him,” Civil rights attorney, Shannon Kennedy, who represents Boyd’s family in a wrongful death suit against APD told KOB. “Clearly he has complete disregard for people suffering from mental disabilities. He calls him an expletive lunatic and then in the next breath says I’m going to shoot him in the penis. What is so mortifying about this shooting, and thank goodness we have a tape to show exactly what he did– which is instead of shooting him in the penis, he shoots him in the lower back. So had James Boyd not turned around at that moment to set down his bags, he would have been shot in the penis.”
Sandy also revealed that they often make “crude jokes” that can get so hostile they needed to have a “safe word” to immediately halt any of their sociopathic comedy, their word was “China”. Ironic, since China executes their killer cops.
Lets put this in perspective. In The United States of America, teenagers can be arrested for imagining shooting a dinosaur, but killer cops who openly discuss their callous intention to shoot a mentally ill man, and two hours later carry out their plan, are free and enjoy paid vacation on the tax payer’s dime.
Can all the lunatics petitioning for CopBlock to be labeled terrorists get their heads on straight please?! This is the real face of terrorism and we are all funding it.
