Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Mills and Sen. Bob Menendez pulled every string they had available in order to give a visa to Estefania Isaías, daughter of an Ecuadorian fugitive banker, Roberto Isaias.  Isaias is wanted in Ecuador for bank fraud and is being investigated by Homeland Security for money laundering.  His daughter had been banned because of a previous visa fraud case.

Senator Menendez, armed with written support from Hillary Clinton lobbied for Isaias to get a visa.  He was aided also by Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, AKA “The Fixer.”  The situation  originally was reported by The New York Times:

…the case involving Estefanía could prove awkward for Mrs. Clinton, who was in charge of the State Department at the time high-ranking officials overruled the agency’s ban on Ms. Isaías for immigration fraud, and whose office made calls on the matter.

Alfredo J. Balsera, the Obama fundraiser whose firm, Balsera Communications, sponsored Isaías’ visa, was featured recently in USA Today as a prominent Latino fund-raiser backing Mrs. Clinton for president in 2016.

Clinton Spokesman Nick Merrill explained that the visa was not awarded until a rigorous investigation was made into whether Balsera’s check had cleared.  Then the trade was made.  A visa for campaign cash and three underage hookers to be named later.
