It’s been a long wait but the light at the end of the tunnel is finally here and the Treasury Department can now sort out the emails from and to Lois Lerner when she headed the Screw the Conservative Department of the IRS. The Daily Caller has confirmed with the Treasury Department that they have the software and all licensing issues are behind them and they are ready to sort through the emails and separate the ones congress has from the ones they have never received.
Although no timetable has been set, the Treasury Dept confirmed that they are already in the process of sorting the emails. The House Oversight Committee is waiting anxiously for the emails but they may not get to have a say in the prosecution. The Treasury Dept IG, who does not answer to Eric Holder already opened a criminal investigation at least 3 weeks ago when they found an email of Lois Lerner and Nikole Flax discussing the crashing of the IRS computers….before they crashed. Uncanny, isn’t it?
Reminds me of the time I ran into a friend of mine from the mob in New Jersey. He asked me if I heard about Little Joey D getting hit by a truck and getting killed. I asked him when that happened and he told me , “Tomorrow afternoon about 2:00 PM.”
So unless something else happens we are on our way.
