U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen of Brownsville

U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hanen, who is hearing the lawsuit brought by 26 states against Obama’s illegal amnesty plan has lowered the boom on Obama and his thugs.  On Tuesday, he upheld his injunction barring Obama from implementing his amnesty program and then issued a sanction against the Obama administration for lying in his court.  He has ordered the DOJ to release all communications about the March 3rd advisory, including the names of those involved.  This places Obama in a bad position because this judge does not bow to pressure from the administration and his tamestream press.

The order was issued because Obama’s lawyers told the judge that they would not implement Obama’s newest executive order giving work permits and temporary amnesty to up to 4 million illegal aliens.  Obama’s lawyers later admitted that they had approved work permits for over 108,000 illegal aliens during the period they said they would take no action.

“This Court expects all parties, including the Government of the United States, to act in a forthright manner and not hide behind deceptive representations and half-truths.  Whether by ignorance, omission, purposeful misdirection, or because they were misled by their clients, the attorneys for the Government misrepresented the facts.”

Obama cannot take his usual stance and withhold the material the judge has ordered released.  Judge Hanen has shown that he is not hesitant to issue sanctions that remain in the case as it moves from Hanen’s court to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and from there to the Supreme court.  It also has to consider the fact that the states can ask for a delay in the April 17th hearing in the 5th Circuit.

The Obama administration denies that it tried to mislead the court:

“We emphatically disagree with the district court’s order regarding the government’s statements,” Justice spokeswoman Emily Pierce said. “We will continue to pursue the appeal of the district court’s injunction in the 5th Circuit.”

The Obama also has to consider the fact that the states can ask for a delay in the appeal to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals if they haven’t received disclosure from the DOJ.  That would just delay their attempt to kickstart the illegal Obamnesty plan.  With less than two years to go in his administration, Obama cannot risk further delay.
