A shocking video shows US-backed militants in Ukraine hanging a pregnant woman and her husband, yet more evidence of atrocities being committed by pro-Kiev forces.

The chilling clip shows two individuals with bags over their heads strung up to a rudimentary gallows in a forest as three militants pose with the bodies and take photographs. The ropes around their necks are attached to a nearby vehicle. The woman is clearly heavily pregnant.

The car then drives in the opposite direction as the two victims are brutally hung while they writhe and struggle.

The militants then pose with the bodies for a second time and take more video footage and photographs.

According to reports, the video was discovered on the cellphone of one of the militants after the group was liquidated by people’s militia of the Lugansk Republic. The rest of the militants managed to escape.

Although the authenticity of the video has not been confirmed, the General Prosecutor’s office of the Lugansk Republic stated, “It is not a montage and it’s not staged, this is authentic footage.”

Last month we reported on a video that showed Ukrainian neo-nazi militia fighters carrying out an ISIS-style execution during which they nail a separatist rebel to a cross and then burn him alive.

The brutal murder was reportedly carried out by members of the Azov Battalion, which was converted into a regiment last year, making it a de facto part of the Ukrainian Army.

Despite the militants being implicated in war crimes and fascist ideology, U.S. troops from the 173rd Airborne Brigade arrived at the Yavoriv training ground in Lviv last month to work with Ukrainian national guard battalions.

US lawmakers like Lindsey Graham and John McCain have also repeatedly called on the Obama administration to send funding and weapons to the Ukrainian army, which fights alongside fascist pro-Kiev militant groups.
