gun-confiscation (1)

It has been revealed that Obama is teaming up with Loretta Lynch to repeal the 2nd Amendment, bypassing congress and relying on executive orders.  The variety of new laws and regulations on guns are far ranging and quite unconstitutional.  The measures being proposed are the banning of certain high powered pistols.  I really don’t know what the good in that is.  It might make it harder to shoot people from a long distance but most attacks using pistols are from short range.  I call this the Mark McGwire rule.  McGwire used performance enhancers that allowed him to hit 540 foot homers rather than the 420 footers he had been hitting.  He destroyed his legacy needlessly.

Other new regulations and laws include new rules on the storage of weapons.  “Hey, Mr Burglar, could you wait a moment while I open up my gun safe?”  Then there’s universal gun registration, a ban on gun ownership for anyone with a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, like spanking your child, banning gun ownership for anyone who is seeing a shrink or has done so in the past, and expanding the list of people who can never own a gun, which will be done arbitrarily.

Fully complicit in this effort is Loretta Lynch, who is using the ATF to create some of these new regulations and who will undoubtedly be used in their enforcement.  The NRA tried to warn voters and lawmakers alike that a vote for Lynch was a vote for unconstitutional gun laws and restrictions.  Gun owners who live in states with either democratic senators or the 10 RINO senators, who voted for confirmation, should take that into account the next time they come up for reelection.  The ten RINOs are Kelly Ayotte (N.H.), Orrin Hatch (Utah), Lindsey Graham (S.C.), Susan Collins (Maine), Jeff Flake (Ariz.), Mark Kirk (Ill.), Rob Portman (Ohio), Thad Cochran (Miss.), Ron Johnson (Wis.) and Mitch McConnell (Ky.).

Ayotte, Johnson, Portman, Kirk, all are up for reelection as well as all democrats facing reelection.

Obama and Lynch are fully aware that the Supreme Court will throw out most or all of the new rules, they are just flinging crap against the wall and hoping some will stick.
