(INTELLIHUB) — In a move that should send shock-waves through the hearts and minds of the American people, a judge in Manhattan has ordered the children of celebrity Kelly Rutherford be returned to their father in Monaco, France.

The order came after Rutherford refused to return the children to their father in Monaco after they had come to visit the Gossip Girl actress. As usual, there is much more to the story, including evidence that President Obama and his gang of left-wing radicals actually care more about the rights of non-citizens than those of the American people.

The custody battle between Rutherford and German businessman Daniel Giersch started in 2012 after an American judge, in an absolute travesty of a ruling, decided that the children of an American born mother should be forced to move out of the country because their father’s visa had expired.

The ruling effectively meant that two American children born in this country were being forced to live in France and their mother, an American citizen herself, would have to fly back and forth to even see her children.

At ages 2 and 5, Kelly Rutherford’s children were forced by a California judge to live in France with their German father, (nobody is French) after he claimed his U.S. visa was revoked, and he could not enter the U.S.

The children’s appointed counsel said they should remain in the U.S., but the judge sent the children to France, solely because the father claimed he could not return to the U.S., even though NO evidence has been produced from any American official stating that the father was EVER denied entry into the U.S., and the father refused to request a visa.

Instead, he filed court papers in Monaco, causing the children to be declared “habitual residents” subject solely to Monaco law. The father also recently filed papers seeking to strip Kelly of all parental rights.

Rutherford told People Magazine at the time that something was very wrong with the situation.

“I remember when she made the ruling, I just thought, ‘There’s something wrong here,” the former Gossip Girl star told PEOPLE earlier this month.

“Not because of their father and I or anything – I’ve always wanted my kids to have a relationship with him, and I’ve really only encouraged that all along. When I went into court, I never asked for money, and I never asked for full custody. I just wanted what was right for them and their well-being moving forward.”

Fed up with dealing with this horrible situation for over three years, Rutherford decided to take her case directly to the White House with a petition launched in April that was eventually signed by over 100,000 people.

One would assume the President and his administration would see the problem with Rutherford’s case and at least attempt to help, especially when you consider what the President has said about separating illegal immigrant children from their mothers. In fact, a recent executive order by the President specifically talked about the importance of mothers and children being allowed to stay together in the United States.

Rutherford’s attorney told People Magazine that this was a political problem for the president and noted that his inaction would directly signal to the world that he cares about non-citizens more than actual Americans. (emphasis mine)

“The president recently issued an executive order declaring that children born in this country to illegal immigrant parents must be allowed to remain in this country.

Mr. Obama specifically talked about the importance of mothers and children being allowed to stay together in America. How could Kelly and her children not be entitled to at least the same legal protections?”

“The petition exposes an important and very embarrassing situation for Mr. Obama,” Murphy says, “because if Kelly’s children are not rescued from involuntary expatriation to France, it would mean the President believes non-citizens are entitled to greater rights than citizens in this country.

“The federal court in New York that is currently reviewing this case has acknowledged this is an unprecedented situation, which means a ruling against Kelly’s children would put countless defenseless American children at risk for being shipped like luggage to live in a foreign country where they have no citizenship, and no rights as Americans.”

So what did President Obama do to help this American mother who had her American born children shipped away to another country because their father had visa issues?

Absolutely NOTHING.

In fact, his administration was so cowardly that they claimed that they couldn’t even comment on the petition because it dealt with a situation currently being handled in a court of law.

Thank you for adding your name to a petition concerning returning Kelly Rutherford’s children to the United States.

As the We the People Terms of Participation explain, to “avoid the appearance of improper influence, the White House may decline to address certain procurement, law enforcement, adjudicatory, or similar matters properly within the jurisdiction of federal departments or agencies, federal courts, or state and local government.”

Your petition raises issues that appear to be the subject of ongoing legal proceedings, and that’s why we’re declining to comment on it.

Of course the situation dealt with a matter of the courts, an American judge (and completely incompetent scumbag) was the original reason why Rutherford’s children were forced out of the country in the first place.

Fast forwarding to yesterday’s decision, the children are now on their way back to France and Kelly Rutherford will be forced to fight for them in a FOREIGN COURT after her own government refused to help while at the same time signing executive orders to keep illegal immigrant children and their families together.

Think about that for a second. The President of the United States of America cares more about keeping illegal immigrant families together than helping an American mother simply keep her children in the very country they were born in.

While Intellihub News doesn’t usually cover news involving celebrities, this case is a direct example of how far gone America actually is. It is also an indictment of the hard left and their extremist feminist allies who are totally silent on a mother having her kids literally shipped to another country.

In the new America, executive orders are signed to keep illegal immigrant families together while American courts rule it is in the “best interest” of American children to be shipped away to another country, thus allowing a foreigner to use his countries courts to take away parental rights from an American mother.
