It’s no secret that Democrat-run cities tend to have more crime and poverty than ones run by Republicans.
“Mad” Maxine Waters’ district – California’s 43rd congressional district – is a tragic example.

Open drug use, families live on the streets. Some are gaming system, but ether way it’s sad. Used to be one or two streets, now it’s everywhere practically every freeway bridge has a squatter. They beg from motorists. Was a great city.
