Representative Alcee Hastings (D-FL) made a rather worrisome comment at a rally in Sunshine, Florida, on Sunday where he told an old joke about a non-swimming President Donald Trump falling into the Potomac River and nobody saving him as the crowd clapped and cheered in glee.

“I will tell you a joke,” Hastings told the crowd.

“Do you know the difference between a crisis and a catastrophe?” He asked.
