On Tuesday, I reported that Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton would be testifying before Congress this week.  On Thursday he provided testimony to a House Oversight panel claiming that there was more than enough evidence to warrant a “serious investigation” of pay-to-play allegations against the Clinton Foundation and that the foundation “was a vehicle in many ways for foreign nationals and foreign governments to influence the secretary of state.”

Fitton said that then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had promised that there would be an ethics process put in place and that she would not involve herself in the Clinton Foundation during her time in office, something we all knew was a lie.

Fitton concluded that Clinton’s claims were “not the case.”

“The Clinton Foundation was a vehicle in many ways for foreign nationals and foreign governments to influence the secretary of state,” he said.

While the Clintons have denied the allegations and Democrats claims that it’s nothing but political partisanship, something that they obviously know quite a bit about, the fact of the matter is that Judicial Watch has been the organization behind obtaining government documents and pressing for transparency over a number of things that occurred in the Obama administration, and those documents paint a damning picture of the crimes of Mrs. Clinton while she was Secretary of State.

Furthermore, Fitton said that both the Justice Department and the FBI suppressed potential probes into the criminal allegations.

As for the FBI, we have learned that while James Comey was working with Hillary Clinton to push the fake, bought-and-paid-for “minimally corroborated” dossier that was used to investigate her political opposition for the past two and a half years.

Fitton was glad to have had the opportunity to testify, especially in light of the fact that next month, Democrats will take over and squash any investigation into the Clinton Foundation just like the DOJ and FBI.

“It’s better late than never,” he said.

Fitton pointed out that a lot of Saudi money flowed into the Clinton Foundation coffers.”While Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state, Bill Clinton gave two speeches in Saudi Arabia earning a total of $600,000,” he said.

U.S. Attorney John Huber, the prosecutor appointed last year to investigate the foundation, was not invited to testify before the subcommittee.

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) said he was frustrated over that, but he’s the chairman so, I have to ask, why didn’t the chairman ensure the Huber was there to testify?

We know that the Clinton Foundation CFO spilled the beans on misappropriation of funds and allegations of quid-pro-quo and potentially other wrongdoings by the Clinton Foundation during Clinton’s time in office.

Furthermore, several other whistleblowers came forward with hundreds of pages of documents that back up these allegations.

The only question that has to be asked now is, will President Donald Trump finally see that justice is brought against the Clintons in this matter, which he promised the American people he would do?
