Former US Rep. Mia Love, who was celebrated as the future of the Republican Party by mostly neocons, has shown her true colors. After she lost a winnable seat in Utah because of her steadfast refusal to embrace President Donald Trump and his many successes, she has officially sold out and joined CNN – the worldwide leader in fake news.

“A new year brings new opportunities for elevated conversations about the issues that matter. My time in Congress has ended but the chance to engage Americans is only beginning – I’m excited to join CNN to offer a different, principled and unleashed perspective. Still republican, still strong,” Love said in a Facebook announcement.

The Salt Lake Tribute issued a report on her criticism of the President as a member of the opposition media. She has hit the ground running on CNN playing the role of the token conservative who stands against Trump.

“You have a president who said if he didn’t get a wall, he would own the shutdown,” Love said while appearing on CNN’s “New Day” last Monday. “There was no leverage. There was nothing that would set the precedent for a really good deal or compromise in Congress.”

This two-faced young failure clearly proves that diversity is not our strength. The GOP establishment, who loves multiculturalism and hates the idea of America First, thought she would be the minority face to sell the same old failed status quo to the confused public. Trump’s rise proved them to be incorrect. Now she is just another soulless pundit conspiring against MAGA on the worst news network the world has ever seen!

“Mia Love gave me no love and she lost,” Trump said after Love blew it big time for America last year. “Too bad. Sorry about that, Mia.”

Hopefully, we have seen the last of Mia Love as a public official in Republican politics. The Republican Party ought to be a meritocracy, and clearly, Love lacks the merit to be an authentic conservative leader. She is where she belongs at CNN.
