Ilhan Omar is so angry, her do-rag is smoking. Her tantrum du jour over President Trump’s planned increase in economic sanctions on Iran in response to its launching missiles at US military bases in Iraq.

While extending the olive branch, President Trump has announced yet another round of economic sanctions against the world’s foremost state sponsor of terror.

I have a question. Exactly how many rounds of economic sanctions are there? This is like Round 457. How many sanctions can be left and why didn’t we go all-in on sanctions a long time ago?

“This makes no sense,” says Omar. “Sanctions are economic warfare.”

Duh!

Omar despises economic sanctions unless they are against Israel.

Outed recently for passing US military secrets to Iran through Qatar, Omar makes no secret of her love for the Islamic Republic.

By the way, I view President Trump’s conciliatory offer for peace with Iran nothing short of brilliant. If Iran accepts peace and becomes a good little country (which will never happen), President Trump becomes a hero. If Iran turns its back on the offer (which you know they will do), the president’s response will be justified. Win-win!
